Jul 16, 2001 · Sure, it’s good in the street too but your top 3 90/10 tires are going to be better on the street than the mission. Higher speed ratings, more stability at high speeds and more grip at full lean. Personally my favorite sportbike style GS tire is the pirelli trail II. I’ve done a track day at Laguna Seca with those. #9.

Jun 27, 2007 · The smallest size available here for the MT60 is a 90/90-21 front tire and a 110/80-18 back tire. My second choice would be the Dunlop Trailmax (also due to the review at www.roadkill.com) , with the smallest sizes (I think) being a 90.90-21 front and a 110/80 rear. Aug 30, 2004 · DrThumper. With Michelin tires you can go one size higher, as previously mentioned they measure from on top of the knobs. As far as the original question, Khris, go with the 90/90, it will have a lower sidewall for less flexing.your a big guy, you don't want the front tire to flex sideways.

Jul 15, 2020 · The only reason I stick to the TKC 80’s is they are soft and easily changed at home/trail. Back when I made this choice, a whopping 4 years ago, the only other option was the hedenau k60. Now, knobbier tires last longer, and 50/50 tires handle like sport tires. I guess when I can outrun my current setup I will consider a change. Times are good !
